Hi, my name is Jen and I am a Certified Sex Therapist providing individual, couples/relationship, and sex therapy services in the New Orleans area (in-person and video sessions). I specialize in sex therapy, couples work, offer gender-affirming, therapeutic care for members of the LGBTQ+ community, and have extensive experience working with the sex work population. Additionally, I offer assessment and treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and more. All are welcome. Most would agree that living a happy, less stressful life is ideal. A life in which we are more present and authentic to self. While therapy is not a miracle cure, it is an opportunity to better understand who we are, where our emotions and behaviors come from, and uncover skills we already have that we can use to improve our everyday experience.
