I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience treating a wide range of populations. My work is person-centered and uses mindfulness-based therapies tailored to the needs and strengths of each individual. I believe for therapy to be successful, clients should feel included, understood, and valued. I welcome all identities and expressions of self, and strive to provide a safe, collaborative space where these identities can be further explored and developed. My goal is for clients to feel empowered to celebrate their authentic selves and live their lives to the fullest. I look forward to hearing your story.
