Hi! I'm Jen! I've acquired 12 years thus far in licensed social work, with over 10 years as a school social worker. I work best with trauma, grief/loss, PTSD, LGBTQ+ families, teen wellness, motherhood/women’s issues, veterans, seniors/retirees, and substance abuse recovery. Interventions utilized may be: skill-based practice, DBT-skills, and trauma-work, trained in EMDR therapy interventions. Having extensive experience in trauma-work, I hope to support your recovery through EMDR techniques. Together, we identify your most challenging “yuck”, and reprocess target memories, with the goal of alleviating the blows of activated trauma triggers. Your treatment plan is unique and pursued at your own pace.
