I offer trauma informed, affirming and relational counseling for individuals, partners, and parents of all identities. My areas of specialty include relationships, attachment, family systems, child development and parenting, health/medical challenges, grief and life transitions, and neurobiological differences such as autism and ADHD. I'm LGBTQ+, neurodivergence and disability affirming, and have a rich toolbox informed by clinical and lived experience, which informs my therapy framework.
