I support youth and teen athletes, as well as children and adolescents navigating emotional or developmental challenges, who may feel overwhelmed by pressure or stuck in the belief that mistakes define who they are. When stress, self-doubt, or fear of failure take over, confidence and enjoyment can fade. I help young people shift this mindset—seeing challenges as opportunities for growth while building resilience, confidence, and a healthier relationship with performance and achievement. Through games, movement, art, storytelling, and guided visualization, young people learn to express emotions, regulate stress, improve focus, and develop coping skills that support them both on and off the field.
