Hi, my name is Jen. If you are like the rest of us, I imagine life has been a little chaotic and more uncertain lately. Feeling unsettled and uncertain about the future can create challenges in all areas of our lives. It is completely normal to feel unsettled, but you can learn and practice tools that will help you regain a sense of peace in your life. I am passionate aobut working with the military, law enforcement, and first responder populations, as a former military and corrections officer spouse, and first responder, I know how important understanding those cultures is to getting the best care!
