I counsel individuals from all age groups. I have a client-centered eclectic counseling style focused on self-empowerment, healing, and growth. I acknowledge each person has individual experiences and needs; therefore, no therapy tool works for all clients. My experience, education, and empathy allow me to accept clients where they are and meet their unique needs. I strive to cultivate connection, non-judgment, and open-mindedness with each client I meet. It often eases their discomfort and improves their willingness to trust, share, and express themselves more authentically. For all ages, my client-centered, non/limited-agenda approach allows therapy to move forward at an intuitive, natural pace.
