I enjoy working with clients to reflect on their experiences and find new ways to express themselves, communicate, and cope with life’s challenges. I aim to create a safe, empathic space where we can collaborate on building skills and processing emotions. I have experience working with ADHD, anger control, anxiety, communication difficulties, depression, low self-esteem, marital conflict, mood disorders, and trauma. I have previously worked in an outpatient setting and in a medical center providing crisis intervention and evaluation.
