I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and graduated with honors earning a Doctorate in Nursing Practice through the University of Hawaii at Hilo. I specialized in Family Nursing Practice, with a focus on transcultural care for people of all ages. I hold additional mental health certifications through Evergreen Certifications: a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Integrative Mental Health Certification. As a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher I will practice mindful moments with you and teach you how to blend it into your daily life.
