I’m not your average therapist. I show up as a real person who dresses for comfort, my office is cozy, I use humor (sometimes dark), sometimes I cuss (like most of us do), and I don’t pretend to be the best therapist, and my job isn’t to be "perfect". It’s to meet you exactly where you are, honoring you as the expert on your own story, while I bring the experience, expertise and knowledge in mental health. You don’t have to have the right words or have to explain everything perfectly. Therapy should be a safe space where you can show up, just as you are. I support individuals age fifteen and up, who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, lost or stuck. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, identity, conflict, or major changes like college, career, breakups, or loss. I also support neurodivergent clients, creatives, and anyone who feels therapy hasn’t worked for them in the past.
