I've been in the counseling field since 2008 and work with many different needs including complex trauma, attachment, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and maternal mental health needs. It's an honor to collaborate with my clients to care for the deep and tender places in their lives. I see our work together through a trauma-sensitive lens, with an emphasis on the ways we come to understand ourselves and our stories. I hold certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and additional certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
