My approach is warm, flexible, and centered around you. I blend practical tools with deeper insight work to create a supportive space where you can reflect, heal, and make meaningful changes in your life. LGBTQIA+ affirming. I was drawn to this work because I’ve lived through my own seasons of change, loss, and rebuilding. I know what it feels like to sit with uncertainty, to want clarity, and to need someone who sits with you without judgment. Having that kind of support changed the way I moved through my life, and it’s what I hope to offer others.
