I'm here to meet you where you are and to help you use your creativity to tap into your innate power for healing and growth. My therapy approach is a multi-modality one, integrating creative and expressive arts and play to promote self-expression, self-discovery and healing. I have comprehensive training in Play, Expressive Arts and Sandtray therapy. I emphasize the importance of mind-body connection in the healing process and incorporate neuroscience into sessions in an easy to learn and playful way.
