Hi, I'm Jen. As a therapist, I work with individuals of all ages & their families. The therapy is collaborative in nature, working alongside clients experiencing a variety of stressors, such as anxiety or depression, within relational contexts. These stressors affect all types of relationships and our lives in general. My focus and intention with clients is to provide a space where they feel safe and comfortable to process concerns while implementing specific client strengths and developing new strategies to reach personal bests.
