About
I am a trauma-informed Art Therapist and Licensed Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have worked extensively with persons navigating both eating and substance use disorders, depression and anxiety, trauma, identity and relational issues. I work holistically, looking at healing through a range of different modalities in addition to traditional talk therapy, including creative expression, EMDR, mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing and more. Healing the deeper wounds is often critical to the wellness journey. It is important to have the skills needed to self regulate in order to become your most authentic self.
