I work with individuals and couples ready to heal, grow, and move through patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges and are looking for meaningful change—not just insight, but tools that work. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, somatic practices, and holistic approaches to support lasting transformation. I especially love working with couples and use the Gottman Method to help partners reconnect, rebuild trust, and deepen their bond. My small caseload allows for focused, personalized care.
