Jenae has 18 years of experience in social work and specializes in treatment focused on mind-body connection, how relationship and attachments effect personal well-being, and how trauma can create unforeseen blocks to progress. Her goal as a therapist is to help strengthen teens, adults, and families by assisting them in changing patterns that are unhealthy and not effective. She is client centered and starts work from where you want to focus. It is her goal to guide you through healing on the deepest level or to aid through creating short term goals to work through temporary stressful life events.
