Have you experienced loss, betrayal, abandonment, or abuse? Are you currently experiencing feelings of anger, fear, sadness, shame or hopelessness? You are not alone. Many of us walk around with hidden wounds. These wounds impact our beliefs, feelings, relationships and behaviors. In your work with me, we will explore increasing your capacity to heal from triggers, deepen your sense of self worth, process past trauma, set healthy and safe boundaries for yourself and your relationships, and learn to reach out and connect. Much of my work involves those healing from integrity abuse, betrayal trauma, and compulsive/entitled sexual behaviors. I am also experienced in working with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and other traumas. Therapy frequently includes EMDR, DST, DBT, EFT, and Parts and Memory work. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.
