I am passionate about helping people improve their well-being and regain a sense of hope. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), I help clients improve sleep by exploring beliefs and circadian rhythm issues that hinder sleep. CBT-I is a powerful protocol that the American College of Physicians recognizes as the first-line treatment for adults with chronic insomnia. In addition to sleep therapy, I utilize biofeedback to train heart rate variability (HRV), which aids in regulating nervous system functioning, decreasing anxiety, enhancing emotional regulation, and improving stress management.
