Holland Therapy Group provides teletherapy services to adults, couples, and parents of children with special needs in IL and SC. I also specialize in perinatal and reproductive mental health, supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and related life transitions. In addition to therapy, I offer women's wellness coaching for midlife women navigating health changes, caregiving responsibilities, shifting identities, and evolving priorities. This work supports women in creating sustainable wellness, clarity, balance and confidence in the second half of life.
