Greetings! I am Jenelle Campos, Licensed Mental Health Counselor / Certified Addiction Professional. I have practiced as a clinician in the South Florida mental health communities for 23 years, including school counseling services. I specialize in support to individuals and families affected by first responder issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and burnout. My therapeutic interventions are specifically tailored to each client’s needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Person-Centered approaches, to Positive Psychology, and other modalities into my counseling style.
