My Bozeman based telehealth practice specialty is working with women suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem issues and those requesting EMDR. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral, & Interpersonal Process Therapies along with various other dynamic methods and modalities. I use a direct approach (and a sense of humor) to support you in setting clear goals that we can work toward together.
