Over the past 17 years, I've focused my time and energy on helping my clients learn, grow and heal in order to become the best versions of themselves. I'm passionate about helping individuals, couples and families to identify problematic areas in their lives and empowering them to learn new skills and utilize them to improve the quality of their day-to-day lives. I believe in validating a person's lived experience, while also challenging the client to go beyond one's comfort level to a place of healing and growth.
