Before becoming a therapist, I was a coach trained in yoga, breathwork, and meditation—tools I used to help people breathe, find their voice, and share their story. Deceptive Sexuality creates a two-part crisis: the sexual acting out and the deception. What I hear consistently is, "It's the lying that's the most damaging." And research confirms this—deception, manipulation, and control of intimate information causes significant harm to relationships and families.
