Hello, my name is Jenica (like Jessica, but with an "n" instead of "ss") and I've been a therapist since Sept 1, 2011. I'm licensed in AL, WI, MD, DC, and DE, with my home base in Alabama currently. I enjoy working with a variety of adults 18+ to elder adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, grief, life changes, bipolar disorders, and victims of narcissists. No matter the situation, I believe that we all have the power within ourselves to heal, and I aim to help you find and use that power.
