About

I believe trauma and stress can cause us to disconnect from ourselves and others and without connection, we cannot heal. Therefore the work I do with clients focuses upon healing emotionally, cognitively, socially, and physically. As these domains within heal, we can work on reconnecting with ourselves and others, allowing for our full, unfragmented, real, and genuine selves to emerge. Concepts related to reconnecting with authentic self and others are central to the work I do with all clients, including those suffering from symptoms related to anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, PTSD, ADHD, disordered eating, and postpartum depression. I help people heal from past trauma. I work with survivors of relational trauma and those interested in understanding cycles of generational trauma. I also enjoy working with all types of parents and moms struggling with postpartum. I am trained in working with people from oppressed groups, such as those who identify as LGBTQIA and people of color.
