For the past 14 years, I have helped people of all ages, from many different communities, work through hard parts of life. I often work with adults who have lived through trauma and who grew up in tough family situations. I also work with DID and other dissociation experiences. I help clients make sense of trauma reactions, including feeling spaced out, shame, and guilt. My goal is to help people build healthier relationships with family and loved ones, and to feel safe in those relationships. As a therapist, I aim to be open-minded and to create a space where you feel safe and at ease talking about your life story. I help people who are in relationships that don’t fit the “one-size-fits-all” mold. What works for one person may not work for another. Along with trauma therapy, I work with people who have been through domestic abuse and cheating. Facing these experiences can bring relief and help you move forward. I’m here to guide you as you look back, learn, and heal.
