My experience as a therapist is that there is not a “one size fits all” for each client. As a therapist I will help guide you to reach your goals and I am committed to providing you with a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space for you to express your thoughts, emotions and needs. I love working with children ages 5 and up, adolescents, and adults. When working with children and teens I also collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide the most effective therapeutic treatment.
