Hi, I’m a LMHC who loves helping children, adolescents, and young adults grow, heal, and thrive. I specialize in working with children and adolescents who are navigating challenges like Autism, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Sensory Processing differences. I use play therapy as a central part of my work, because play is a child’s natural language - and it helps them express what words sometimes can't. I'm currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist, and I integrate approaches like Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy, and Adlerian Play Therapy to support each child. With teens and young adults, I incorporate developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, & Exposure and Response Prevention, particularly when treating OCD. My goal is to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, build practical coping skills, and develop greater confidence and resilience.
