Do you have anxiety, depression, or have experienced trauma? Many people are experiencing these and other issues. For the past 14 years I have been helping people of all ages and in various communities work through their life struggles. My goal is to help individuals, relationships within families, and assist pre-teen/teenagers learn how to deal with various issues that affect their life. I love being an open-minded person that creates an environment where people feel comfortable to speak about their life journey. I specialize in working with teenagers, and adults with consistency. I have been a therapist, social worker and teacher for years allowing me to be well rounded in understanding different points of view regarding different situations. I use multiple forms of therapy, but it's important we're using the best form of therapy that will help you reach your goals.
