Life is so much better when we're connected! I am passionate about partnering with individuals, couples and families as they journey to wholeness and relational connection. I work with people through the lens of attachment as I help my clients learn about themselves, their relationships and how certain behaviors and patterns impact our relationships. Research has shown that healthy attachment is crucial to our well-being, allowing us to interact and do relationships in ways that encourage and empower us.
