I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addictions Counselor and I have committed myself to help people develop loving and compassionate relationships with themselves. As a Therapist, I have noticed one common denominator and this is our self talk. We are the bullies, in our mind, that wreak havoc with our self-esteem or believability that we are good enough. My therapeutic approach is person centered, non judgmental, and collaborative. We all come from different walks of life and we can all suffer. The good news is we don't have too. With a change in mindset we can all grow and learn to live in our own peace you design.
