Hello! Therapy can be an intimidating step sometimes, but I’m so impressed that you are prioritizing your health and taking this next step. I started my career as a school counselor before transitioning over to private practice. I made the switch so that I could spend more time working with the client on the goals at hand, and to develop the therapeutic relationship. My goal is for all clients to feel safe and comfortable. I strive to create a space that is led by compassion, understanding and inclusion. You can also expect an environment that is free of judgement, or shame, where diversity is celebrated.
