Do you ever feel like your emotions are in control, or too overwhelming to face alone? Or that others will judge you for opening up about emotional or personal struggles? I have been a practicing counselor since 2011 and had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings that have aided my experience. I utilize a person-centered style of therapy, based on each individuals' needs and have been trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as EMDR Therapy. I am licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida and accepting new clients in any of those states.
