It’s coming out at work, in your relationships, in your mood. You might be thinking “I just want to move on with my life. Why can’t I just get over it already?” But no matter how many times you try to move on, you still feel stuck. You are not alone. I help survivors of childhood and relationship trauma look at how their experiences have shaped them, and explore how to take back their lives from the memories that have burdened them for so long.
