I use somatic based interventions to guide individuals toward making changes and improve ways of coping. Grounded in neuroscience and ancient wisdom, we will explore new perspectives and develop a path forward. People with CPTSD, anxiety, bipolar, and depression often feel stuck in a certain thought pattern or behavior, and if we look beyond labels we can remember our body's natural healing intelligence to restore balance and wellbeing.
