Utilizing an empowering and authentic approach I assist clients in identifying core issues and learn how to express their thoughts and feelings beneath the symptoms with which they struggle. Symptom relief and permanent healing are intentional goals. Treatment goals are determined by using a collaborative approach with an aim to increase insight and implement strategies to improve functioning and satisfaction with life and relationships. I believe that my clients have everything they need inside of themselves to heal. I teach them to be a student of themselves and increase confidence and mastery over their lives. My treatment specialties are complex trauma & dissociation, eating disorders, women's issues (infertility & breast cancer), & grief and loss.
