Hi! I'm Jenn. I specialize in Maternal Mental Health and in helping women navigate their 20's/30's. Many of my clients feel burdened by the expectations of others, overwhelmed by school/work/life balance or unsatisfied in relationships. Some wonder about the right time to start a family, others have experienced a challenging and emotional road trying to start their family. Mothers I work with tell me they feel they've lost themselves in caring for their growing family, they've lost their connection with those close to them, and often times their symptoms of Perinatal Depression or Anxiety are sucking the joy out of motherhood.
