Are you someone who never thought you would be looking for a therapist? Are problems that were once manageable now feeling as though they aren't? As a trauma-informed therapist, I am dedicated to opening spaces for those problems that are haunting you, or have haunted you for years. I consciously work to help you recognize that you are uniquely separate from your problems. Separating ourselves from the problems in our lives, such as grief, addiction, anxiety, love, or violence will guide us toward healing through crisis or times when we feel stuck. I have experience working with men, women, and older adults in a variety of settings, and I am a licensed addiction and professional counselor with experience in both mental health and addiction fields. I have helped clients with a range of concerns, including addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, parenting, and trauma.
