Have you been feeling stuck? Have you been thinking about therapy for a while? It takes a lot of strength and courage to take the steps to reach out for support. I am passionate about working with my clients to help them discover how to simultaneously be emotionally connected with others, while also having a solid sense of self. As a psychologist, I believe my job is to aid my clients in overcoming emotional barriers, and gaining insight and awareness into themselves. I approach my work with each client with warmth, humor, honesty, and a genuine passion for what I do. Together, we can make a lasting positive change in your life. In my practice, I see adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My passion is working with individuals who are struggling with relationships, anxiety/depression, or simply wanting to gain more insight into themselves. I enjoy helping college, graduate students, and young professionals.
