My name is Jenna Aalbers, and I am a licensed MSW therapist with a passion for supporting individuals of all ages. My expertise lies in school-based therapy as well as individual therapy. I specialize in helping clients cope with issues like depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based Techniques. These tools allow me to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their life.
