It takes courage to seek help and I admire you for taking this step. Anxiety is a normal emotion while trying to conceive, pregnant or postpartum, but at times we can become paralyzed in fear, hooked on our thoughts, and struggle with uncertainty. My role as a licensed psychologist is to gently help women understand how their mind and behavior are working for them or against them. In our work together you will grow, heal, and learn to implement skills which will help you live a life that is meaningful to you. My specialties including maternal anxiety/depression, infertility, OCD, and perfectionism.
