Whether you are grappling with the pain of loss, a breakup, depression, anxiety, work/school stress, or navigating a significant life transition, therapy can be a valuable tool to lighten the burden. I provide trauma informed care, coaching, and goal-directed therapy to learn how to effectively manage uncomfortable thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. While my primary focus is supporting individuals aged 18 to 40, I warmly welcome adults of all ages to my practice. Moreover, I have a special dedication to supporting first-generation & BIPOC individuals & members of the LGBTQI+ community.
