Hello, my name is Jenna Bekier. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about working with transitional age youth (TAY) and adults. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with their sense of worth and value, healing from complex trauma, and going through painful transitions or periods of uncertainty in their lives. I bring a collaborative approach to the therapeutic relationship and promote empowerment and choice at each step of the way. I value vulnerability, playfulness and authenticity in the work I do with my clients. My approach in therapy is eclectic and trauma-informed, drawing from styles such as IFS, CBT, DBT, Somatic therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion. My clinical experience includes providing individual, group and family therapy in private practice, CMH, and residential-based treatment for teens with involvement in the foster and juvenile justice system.
