Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and have been providing therapy since 2015. I am also a Minnesota Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, grief ritualist, moon circle guide, matrescence educator, and the owner of The Grief Room in St. Paul, MN. I specialize in maternal mental health, perinatal mood and anxiety for the birthing person and partner, attachment and childhood trauma, hormones and mental health, navigating the dark night of the soul and spiritual awakenings, deconstructing religion and anchoring into universal supports, sex and sexuality, ancestral patterns, trauma, grief and loss, and more. My mission is to create a safe container for individuals during deep transformation as they enter their healing journey and reawaken to their most intuitive, vibrant, and authentic selves. Sessions involve entering your inner landscape through guided somatic practices and IFS parts work, held with tenderness, reflection, and connection to support you.
