Life does not come with a manual, and therapy can offer a supportive, collaborative space to explore underlying concerns, build confidence, and develop practical skills that strengthen daily life and relationships. I specialize in working with women ages 18 and older who experience self-doubt and challenges with boundaries. Together, we work to clarify needs, improve communication, and build greater confidence in decisions and sense of self while navigating family dynamics, boundary-setting, and meaningful life transitions. Through an eclectic/integrative approach that involves, but is not limited to, elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), strengths based therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness, we can collaborate on a treatment plan that is best for your experiences, needs, and goals.
