I specialize in working with people who experience difficulty navigating relationships, people who feel anxious or depressed and are not sure why, and people who have experienced trauma and aren't sure how to feel safe again. When working with clients, my first priority is establishing a secure, authentic relationship that meets the needs of each individual. We work together to identify patterns of how you relate to yourself and others. We explore where they came from and the purpose they serve in your life. This allows you to identify what you want to change, and together we work to create a life that aligns with who you are.
