I am a trauma informed licensed psychotherapist based in New York City. I work with adults and couples wanting to know themselves in a deeper way, especially those touched by trauma or health challenges. I also specialize in working with those who have experienced adoption or foster care (teens as well). My approach integrates several experiential practices to support clients in stepping more fully into who they are. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working at VOGUE, Town & Country, and The Wall Street Journal Magazine. I earned my BA in English from UMass Boston and a Masters of Science from Pace University.
