I have experience working with; physical and sexual trauma, emotional abuse, domestic abuse, self esteem, disordered eating, childhood trauma, gender/sexual identity, and more. My goal with each individual is to provide a place for you to feel accepted and heard. When processing traumatic experiences it is crucial and necessary to feel safe and in control of your therapeutic journey. With honest communication and empathy, I hope to provide clients the ability to begin healing from narratives that have affected their sense of self and their relationships in present day.
