My approach to therapy involves being a guide to help you achieve the goals and change you want to see in your life. With this approach I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for us to collaboratively work towards meaningful change. The goal of therapy is to aid adolescents, individual adults, families and relationships in creating the lives they want. I believe clients are the experts in their lives and my role is to facilitate insight, personal fulfillment and successful relationships.
